SV	En de jongeling Samuel nam toe, en werd groot en aangenaam beide bij den HEERE en ook bij de mensen.
WLC	וְהַנַּ֣עַר שְׁמוּאֵ֔ל הֹלֵ֥ךְ וְגָדֵ֖ל וָטֹ֑וב גַּ֚ם עִם־יְהוָ֔ה וְגַ֖ם עִם־אֲנָשִֽׁים׃ ס
Trans.	wəhann^a‘ar šəmû’ēl hōlēḵə wəḡāḏēl wāṭwōḇ gam ‘im-JHWH wəḡam ‘im-’ănāšîm:

AC	כו והנער שמואל הלך וגדל וטוב גם עם יהוה וגם עם אנשים {פ}
ASV	And the child Samuel grew on, and increased in favor both with Jehovah, and also with men.
BE	And the young Samuel, becoming older, had the approval of the Lord and of men.
Darby	And the boy Samuel grew on, and was in favour both with Jehovah and also with men.
ELB05	Und der Knabe Samuel wurde fort und fort größer und angenehmer, sowohl bei Jehova als auch bei den Menschen.
